Headquartered in Singapore, ERA Asia Pacific has a vast network of offices throughout the Asia Pacific region with over 17,818 associates spanning across 9 other countries: Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam. Leader Dependent Scheme
In the event that a salesperson passes away, ERA will pay the estate of the deceased any applicable management fees.
Superstar Bonus
Salespersons are rewarded with a cash bonus for achieving milestones in commissions, and achieving recruitment targets.
ERA Extra Mile Program
All ERA salespersons are eligible for this rewards programme, and are automatically rewarded with ERA Points for services rendered and their recruitment efforts. This is in addition to the commissions, superstar bonuses, as well as, project and recruitment incentives. ERA Points can be used to redeem corporate merchandise, course fees for CPD, and offset flight tickets to ERA overseas Business Conferences.
